In a meeting in January, the Zouping County (Party) Committee decided that from now one the agricultural tax would be abolished. Zouping is the first county in Binzhou city to abolish the tax.
(Alert readers will realize that I have been misspelling Binzhou as ‘Bingzhou.’ Apologies. I will correct this once I am in a country where access to blogger is not limited.)
