A terrible event. Far too close to home as Jessica’s parents were flying out of Heathrow today and taking the tube/a bus to the airport. We must do everything that we can to fight terrorism, both particular attacks and at the source.

Love! You are the best. (sorry about the deleted post – I messed up the first time)I spoke with my parents and they’ve arrived safely in Seattle, after barely making their connection in Chicago. The scariest part was how close they were to the blasts – they were in the South Kensington station, waiting for a train, when the tube was shut down (ostensibly b/c of the power outage).
